What is my Purpose?

There was a time when I found that question to be incredibly overwhelming.
And so like many steps along this journey of grief to healing, I broke it down to what felt better.
What do I intend for today?
Ahhhhhh, that felt much easier and more gentle.
It could be something big, like migrating all of my laptop info to my new ‘puter… or it could be something smaller that is still huge when grieving.
Something along these lines.
– Today I will brush my teeth and shower
– Today I am taking a short walk
– Today I am eating a healthy meal

What feels right for you today?

We walk this path, through grief and into healing one step at a time. It’s easier when we are accompanied by those with caring hearts.
