Walking the path through grief into healing.

Grief is the emotion that we feel when we have experienced profound loss. It is natural, normal and very human to experience grief. The simple truth is that it hurts.

While it is true that healing grief is also a very natural, normal experience, it’s also true that it can be overwhelming to know how to go about processing the grief in safe, healthy ways and allowing the healing to begin.

This can be particularly important if the grief that you are experiencing is due to unexpected, traumatic or complicated grief. This often occurs when someone has died in an accident or suicide. You are not doomed to feel this way forever – healing can happen. Serenity can once again be yours.

Serenity, according to Sandy.

Serenity is that gentle feeling of peace, calm and sometimes even a bit of exhilaration that comes when you make a decision that you know is right for you. Healing can happen for you. You will have strong support and a map of sorts to illuminate the way.

Yes, there is work to be done, but with a map in hand and working together, the relief is tremendous. This is when gifts are discovered, new bonds are formed and life is reimagined. Serenity can be very exciting.

Working with Sandy provides you with that support. That map is always at hand. Are you ready to begin feeling better? It’s time to contact Sandy.

“Deep grief sometimes is almost like a specific location, a coordinate on a map of time. When you are standing in that forest of sorrow, you cannot imagine that you could ever find your way to a better place.
But if someone can assure you that they themselves have stood in that same place, and now have moved on, sometimes this will bring hope.”
Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love
