Know that it is alright to exercise 3 times a week – or not.I bet that by now, you are getting my point. I want to encourage you, with everything in me, to listen to your heart. What is it telling you that you need? In this moment now, what do you want? What will bring you a measure of calm, of healing?
If setting goals feels right, go for it. But please remember that the grieving heart needs tender loving care.
