Grief and Grief Healing. It’s a lot, isn’t it? Today, let’s talk about fog and shock.

Someone you care about has died. Do you find yourself feeling a bit fuzzy? Maybe you are having a hard time completing a sentence or holding onto a thought.

This is the fog of grief. Shock can make us feel as though we are losing our minds.

It’s helpful to understand that so much of this is natural and normal.

Join us for a frank conversation as we discuss some ways that we have experienced this fog and shock. We’ll also offer a few helpful suggestions that each of us has used and offer to our clients to navigate this time during our grief and healing.

Namaste,
Sandy
